Shipping

All orders ship from New Jersey, within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. 

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out. All orders receive free ground shipping. Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimates vs. guaranteed. 

• Standard/Ground shipping through UPS takes 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. 

• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day.

• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.

• UPS 3rd Day Select: 3 business days.

The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.

We reserve the right to update your shipping method as we see appropriate, including switching to a different carrier or service provider to deliver your package faster or more reliably.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.

With standard shipping we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.

Returns

Returns of unused, unopened items are accepted within 7 business days from delivery date. Opened or used items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
